Ethics and Morals Make Teams Stronger. 

I've seen many people on the teams I've worked with, and most of them are ethical in the way they work and don't compete to prove who is better than one another. But there are black sheep who want to compete instead of building strong teams.

The politically right will always work less and don't improve themselves; instead, they look for opportunities to grow above others, but in reality, they are cheating everyone who believes in them. So don't be an immoral person.

I have been blessed with many teams who were ethically and morally right to an extent; there are a few immoral people whom I have met who are always in search of fault-finding in those who are ethically and morally right.

I see that many senior teams whom I met are ethically and morally right, and they would put their entire time wherever applicable and lead the teams with a sense of belonging and team spirit.

But when I look at some of the immoral ones who work for their own self-advancement, they forget that they are impacting the lives of others, and instead of making teams strong, they make teams weak.

In a way, I find peace and happiness in being ethically and morally right, which makes me feel that one thing I achieved in life is attaining morals and ethics instead of being immoral and unethical to make myself politically right and cheat.

I have always been mostly among teams where morality and ethics were high, and that has also been true in my life; hence, that has allowed me to always believe in team growth rather than myself.
